SASKATOON YOUTH SOCCER PLAYER TRANSFER FORM

The transfer request will not be considered complete until the following has been done:

1. The Saskatoon Youth Soccer Online Transfer form has been completed and submitted to the SYSI Office.
2. Approval of the transfer request from the Zone Registrar in writing. The SYSI office will forward the online request to the Zone Registrar and obtain approval on behalf of the player making the request. 
3. Payment of $10 Transfer Fee.   

Once the transfer has been granted by the SYSI office, players can play immediately for their new team. Once the transfer is complete the player cannot be transferred back to the original team.
