Ensure you read the entire information package upon being accepted into the tournament.
| Tournament Headquarters: 306-975-3414 |
- The location of Tournament Headquarters will be located on the 2nd floor of the Saskatoon Sports Centre at 150 Nelson Road, Saskatoon SK, overlooking Sherwood field. Watch for signage. - The Saskatoon Sports Centre doors will be unlocked ½ hour prior to the first game each morning. Please use North entrance (main entrance attached to Centennial Collegiate) and park in the NW parking lot or across the street at Forest Park. |

| TEAM ROSTERS: |
| Changes or additions to your initial online roster will be accepted up until Thurs Jan 5, 2023. Please ensure that any guest players you intend to use have been approved by SYSI in writing prior to your arrival in Saskatoon. |
| ACCOMMODATION FORM: |
| For teams joining us from outside of Saskatoon, please forward your Accommodation Form to headquarters as soon as you secure rooms. We appreciate your efforts to get these forms into us as soon as you can. |
| TRAVEL PERMITS: |
| For teams travelling from out of Saskatchewan please provide your travel permit approved by your provincial soccer association by Thurs Jan 5, 2023. Without this travel permit Saskatoon Youth Soccer Inc. reserves the right to deny team entry into the invitational and all games will be forfeited with no team entry refund. |
| IN PROVINCE TEAM STATUS FORM: |
| For teams travelling from outside of Saskatoon but within Saskatchewan please provide your team status forms by Thurs Jan 5, 2023. Without this form Saskatoon Youth Soccer Inc reserves the right to deny team entry into the tournament and all games will be forfeited with no team entry refund. |
| ADMISSIONS & COACH PASSES: |
| There will be an admission charged for spectators over the age of 18 of $5.00 per day or $10.00 for a weekend pass. Please inform your players and coaching staff to please stay off the Terry Fox Walking Track. A package under your team name will be left at the admissions office at the soccer centre for you to pick up with 3 complimentary tournament admission passes for your coaching staff. Any coaching staff above 3 will be required to purchase a pass. |
| FOOTWEAR: |
| No metal cleats allowed for ALL divisions. All teams must bring running shoes appropriate for smooth hard court surface and may bring plastic cleats as well for their minimum one round robin game on turf and all semi-finals and final matches. |
| PRIOR TO FIRST GAME: |
| The coach or manager must check in at the admission table to receive their team’s three complimentary passes |
| PRIOR TO EACH GAME: |
| The organization and volunteer time necessary to put on a great tournament is immense. Please do your part by arriving at your game site 30 minutes in advance of your game to fill out the game sheet (at Headquarters) and prepare your team so that games can start on time. |
